Welcome to LexBrain, the specialized Legal Workspace built explicitly for Indian Advocates. Your privacy and the confidentiality of your case data are our highest priorities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.

LexBrain is built around a case-centric architecture using the Case Number Record (CNR). When you use LexBrain, your data is organized around this identifier to ensure unbroken continuity.

• Isolated Storage: All uploaded documents and case files are strictly scoped to your specific user account.
• Evidence Locker Security: Files uploaded to your Evidence Locker are stored on secure cloud databases (Supabase Storage) without co-mingling with public data.
• Data Separation: Every piece of evidence, court order, and drafting task is isolated from other users.

Our Artificial Intelligence integration strictly analyzes the context you provide in your Evidence Locker.

• No Pre-Training on Your Data: The LLM processes your documents dynamically for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Your specific case files are NOT retained to train external base models.
• Context Bound: AI answers are grounded exclusively in your uploaded contracts, FIRs, and court orders.
• Formal and Secure: The system provides legal analysis—not binding legal advice—strictly respecting confidentiality.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information or case files to outside parties. We do use trusted third-party services (such as official eCourts/Attestr APIs for live data fetches, and secure payment processors like Razorpay) in order to operate the platform. These services process requests securely and do not store cross-contamination contexts from our users.
