By accessing or using the LexBrain operating system and legal workspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

• Not Legal Advice: LexBrain provides AI-accelerated workflows and research assistance. None of the AI outputs constitute formally binding legal advice. Advocates are expected to verify all outputs before submission.
• Data Responsibility: You are exclusively responsible for the documents added to your Evidence Locker and ensuring you have the right to upload them.
• Lex Points System: We use an internal credit system. You agree that paid points are non-refundable once consumed by API/AI requests.

While we strive to ensure integration with services like the eCourts via Attestr and accurate precedent parsing through Indian Kanoon, LexBrain cannot guarantee 100% uptime of these external, third-party services. The platform is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. In no event shall LexBrain be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
